Our residents are responsible for setup and payment of utilities while they lease a home with us.

The best way to set up utilities (power, water, cable, etc.) for your unit is to go through BearBills - it's a free bill paying service for residents and provides an easy solution to split the bills among roommates.

To sign up for BearBills to set up and pay utilities for your unit (once you have a signed lease), do one of the following:

2. Go to the BearBills office between 4th and 5th on Bagby
3. Call 254.230.0199
